W5 Incoming Bureau
The W5 Incoming Bureau accepts money credits only (cash, check, money order, PayPal). NO SASE's, labels or stamps. Due to rising postage, supplies and printing costs, the new fee is $1.50 per envelope. Funds may be sent to: W5 Incoming Bureau P.O. The bureau will provide all envelopes, postage and labels. THE SECOND OUNCE IS 28 CENTS. FOREVER stamps are used for SASE's made at the bureau. Normally, mailings to bureau sorters go out only when a flat rate envelope is full.

QSL cards arrive at our P.O. Box from various sources, such as DX bureaus around the world and the ARRL Incoming Bureau. Upon arrival, the cards are sorted by the pre-sorters and returned to the Bureau Manager who puts them into the slots for all the letter sorters. When enough cards have accumulated for a particular letter of the alphabet, the Bureau Manager mails that batch out to the specific sorter. Each letter sorter is then responsible for matching up the cards with envelopes on file for users and mailing cards to bureau users when enough cards are accumulated to equal the amount of postage provided. Sorters also notify any ham who has cards on file but no envelopes.
